Owning previous businesses and working in consultancy for over 20 years, we have learnt firsthand how distant a client and their supplier can be from each other. Whether this is due to unclear requirements or expectations it creates gaps and unrealistic expectations concerning who and what is required by the client. We endeavour to bring a new type of partnership.
These gaps do not stop with the client and supplier but also feed down to the consultant who has been provided to the client. The consultant has expectations to meet and certain deliverables but will likely never be able to be meet these due to these unclear agreements and potentially even being in the incorrect role. Frustrations will not stop here, this has financial implications between the 3 parties too, It is too frequent in this business that a supplier is not transparent with client and consultant on the rates and fees that are being charged, this often allows the supplier to charge unfair fees, to which the consultant and the client do not benefit from, which eventually causes unneeded friction and disappointment. We endeavour to bring a new type of partnership.
